thur went for my eighth therapy session aka third strengthening exercises session..
this recent few sessions had been doing the same usual stuff.. fluidotherapy for 20 mins then strengthening exercises with the machine.. this time round, de weights were increased to 1kg and dunno y though it was only increased by 0.2kg, it seems so much tougher to lift the weights.. furthermore my strength increased to 13kg le.. 3kg more! it still seems so much different to lift them.. WEIRD!! -.-
