ytd(thur) went for my 2nd X-ray & doctor appointment & also my fifth therapy session...
really sick of all the queueing & waiting.. cos its really long.. everything also need to queue!! haiyo.. was in the hospital from 1 plus to almost 6pm!!
anyway, the crack of the bone can still be seen.. haiiz! (guess it wun grow back so quickly ba) had fluidotherapy for 10 mins & the measurements for my left hand were "extremely good"(quoted from my therapist) happy happy! but my hand only got very little strength.. only manage to grip 6kg while my right hand gripped 23kg & my therapist said for normal pple, left hand should be only abt 10% lesser than right, which means i still got like abt 14 more kg to normal.. next therapy session i will be starting on strengthening exercises le..
must continue to jiayou jiayou!!
