busy day today..
had to go for
X-ray, doctor's appointment & my third therapy session... & everywhere got to queue & wait for
sooo long..
haiyo!! in the end was in the hospital from
1pm plus to ard 5pm plus.. headache sia!!
feeling so tired...anyway, my hand is
recovering well..
(i guess.. since the doctor & therapist nv say anything bad.. haha!) my wound now can breathe in fresh air le!! no need to put any more bandages.. but the look of the wound is quite scary..
haiiz! & i counted there was
15 stitches all tgt.. so long lor.. =( & the metal plate inside also so long.. (
after seeing the X-ray during the doctor's appointment) the doctor said that the crack of the bone still can be seen so i must still be careful when moving ard with not too much of big actions.. & only after abt
1 month more den i can move abt more..
(as in bigger actions like driving) & he also mention that maybe need ard
3 months plus den my hand will be well enough to carry heavy things etc..
(i think he meant full recovery ba..) hmmm guess i have to
drink more milk &
work harder with my therapy exercises le..

here's the
measurement for today's therapy session.. For my wrist, can move up to
75 degrees (15 degrees more than the previous time) & down to
perfect! For my elbow, i can move up to
140 degrees (20+ degrees more) & down to
perfect! weee!! Can move abt more freely le.. not so stiffed like before.. =D
